Its very annoying the way you do ignore calls from customers that do have a complain…..i pay a bill for my prepaid meter (AEDC) through vtpass , the money was deducted from my account and no token was send to me via sms or email …..and i have been calling the customer care line since afternoon around 2pm but nobody is picking and its now 7pm…..which means am sleeping in darkness today
