  1. I can’t really say what is really going on here. My outstanding postpaid debt that was moved to my prepaid i keep paying they keep deducting and giving me some few units like when i pay for #2000 credit they give me 37.9 units but for couple of months now i observed they don’t deduct anything from the arrears anymore and they still gives me 37.9 unit when i pay for #2000.I supposed to have finish clearing my debts by now instead of the arrears to be coming down when ever i pay it rather remain dormant… Common what’s going on here?

    I keep monitoring my online phcn postpaid arrears account that was moved to my prepaid when ever i purchase credit instead of Tue balance to be coming down they won’t deduct a thing…….Help a brother….
