  13. I’ve been paying for my electricity bill using vtpass. Today I made a 5000 Naira payment. An email was sent to me but had no token, only a reference number. Calls to vtpass were not picked up. I’m really disappointed.

  14. Have been waiting for token for over 30 minutes. This is bad and I need the light badly. How many minutes does it take to generate a token?
